Shipping Policy

Robinson's Pet Store is a proud North East company. For over 90 years we have served and serviced the pet population of Newcastle , Gateshead, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Northumberland and their surrounding areas. Our deliveries are to the areas we have always served, a local independent company serving local customers and communities. Our delivery service is us. Deliveries are made to our customers at the end of our working days (usually between 6 & 8pm).

For Click & Collect we will usually have orders ready within an hour, if orders are placed between 9am & 3pm, or by 9am the following working day.

Once an order has been placed for local delivery we will contact you by phone or text to confirm all delivery details and day of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

All goods remain the property of E. P. Robinson Ltd (Robinson's Pet Store) until paid for in full.

In the event of goods being unsuitable or if a refund needs to be made for goods purchased, refunds will only be made once funds have cleared completely through the banking system & goods have been returned to our store. 

If a refund is required for items sent in error on our part local collection can be arranged. If items need to be posted back to the store, postage and packing can be refunded up to a maximum of £4.00

In the event of a change of mind, or change of circumstance, delivered goods can be returned to the store in their original condition with all intact packaging & labelling for a full refund or exchange. 

Goods that need to be collected will incur a collection charge of £3.00
